4) Access. Vehicular access points shall create a minimum of conflict with through traffic <br />movement and shall comply with Section 3, Subd. 5 of this Ordinance. <br />The access points were designed in conjunction with the Lake Drive/Town Center Parkway <br />improvement plans and therefore will not cause any circulation issues or traffic movement <br />issues. <br />h. Circulation and Loading. The site design must accommodate adequate turning radius and vertical <br />clearance for a semi - trailer truck. Designated loading areas must be exclusive of off - street parking <br />stalls and drive aisles. A site plan must be provided to illustrate adequate turning radius, using <br />appropriate engineering templates. <br />The radius for the access points and within the site will provide adequate turning movements <br />for semi - trailer trucks. <br />i. This is based on the assumption of four <br />employees on the maximum shift, which could fluctuate. <br />2) Parking spaces shall be screened from abutting residential properties in compliance with Section <br />3, Subd. 4.Q of this Ordinance. <br />The site is not adjacent to any residential zoning districts. <br />Noise. Public address system shall not be audible at any property line. Play of music or <br />advertisement from the public address system is prohibited. Noise control shall be required as <br />regulated in Section 3, Subd. 4.J of this Ordinance. <br />The noise level of the PA system can not be judged until installed. The system will be tested <br />prior to the issuance of a certificate of occupancy for the structure. <br />
