The proposed 10 -year and 100 -year rates to Lois Lane do not exceed predevelopment rates. The
2 -year rate is exceeded by 0.05 cfs. This increase in rate for the 2 -year storm event is not significant,
and is therefore acceptable.
The proposed 2 -, 10 -, and 100 -year rates to the wetland located south of the site exceed
predevelopment rates by 0.05 cfs, 0.13 cfs, and 0.27 cfs, respectively.
