• <br />Molin Amendment <br />Page 3 of 3 <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends approval subject to the following conditions: <br />1. Issues discussed in the City Engineer review memo must be addressed to his satisfaction. <br />2. All conditions of the previous amendments shall continue to apply. <br />3. A Performance Agreement between the applicant and city must be executed prior to the <br />issuance of building permits for the site. <br />4. A photometric lighting plan in conformance with the standards of the zoning code must <br />be submitted prior to the issuance of building permits. All lighting fixtures will be <br />downcast shielded as required by the zoning code. <br />5. Trash enclosures must incorporate the same materials used in the construction of the <br />main building. <br />6. The applicant shall have the proposal reviewed by the Rice Creek Watershed District, and <br />if necessary obtain a permit from them. <br />7. The improvements are limited to those areas depicted on the `Partial Site Plan', sheet <br />A1.1 as submitted on March 12, 2007. The wetland enhancement, mitigation, and <br />replacement depicted on the Grading Plan (sheet C1) require separate approval prior to <br />any construction. <br />8. The Grading Plan (sheet C1) shall be revised to depict only the improvements proposed <br />to coincide with the office building. <br />This review is based on the following plans and information: <br />1.
