• <br />• <br />AGENDA ITEM 5.A. <br />STAFF ORIGINATOR: Paul Bengtson <br />P & Z MEETING DATE: June 13, 2007 <br />TOPIC: Final Plat <br />Golden Acre <br />BACKGROUND <br />Tim Anderson has applied for a final plat for his property at 547 Lois Lane for the four <br />lot residential subdivision entitled Golden Acre. The City Council approved the <br />Preliminary Plat, MUSA allocation, and Variances on November 13, 2006. <br />ANALYSIS <br />The final plat generally conforms to the Preliminary Plat which was approved by the City <br />Council on March 12th with Resolution 06 -181. The final plat and title commitments <br />have been forwarded to the city attorney for review and with the submittal of `consent to <br />plat' from a lien holder, they were found to be acceptable. <br />The conditions of approval from Resolution 06 -181 are being addressed with the final <br />plat document; the approval received from the Rice Creek Watershed on May 15, 2007, <br />the development agreement, and will continue to be addressed through the building <br />permit process. <br />The final plat as submitted addresses all of the platting conditions of Resolution 06 -181; <br />the city has received a copy of the Rice Creek Watershed approval; and the rest of the <br />conditions are being addressed with the Development Agreement and Building Permit <br />process. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends approval of the final plat. <br />• ATTACHMENTS <br />Golden Acre Final Plat received May 11, 2007 <br />
