Because of the rare features concerns and the shoreland overlay district, a <br />conservation easement should be drafted that is contiguous with that of Marshan <br />Meadows. Literature shall be given to new residents notifying them of the easement and <br />the reasons for it. Literature will be reviewed and approved by the City. Conservation <br />easement signs should be placed along the easement line with at least one sign per <br />frontage of easement. The sign should state that "no cutting, planting, filling or <br />excavating should occur within the easement." <br />11. No soils should be imported or exported without city approval. <br />12. Verify delineation. <br />Motion to forward recommendations by Ms. Bor, 2nd by Ms. Brouillet. All were in favor <br />
