Main Street Village Page 2 December 6, 2007 <br />Preliminary Plat Review <br />City of Lino Lakes, Minnesota <br />7. In conjunction with the City's CUP requirements for a gas station, the following items must be met for <br />the Kwik Trip oil -water separator: <br />a. A minimum of 400 cubic feet of permanent dead pool storage capacity must be provided for <br />each acre of drainage area. <br />b. The minimum pool depth must be 4 feet. <br />c. The minimum oil containment capacity must be 800 gallons. <br />8. The limits of ownership for the sanitary sewer and watermain utilities are being further reviewed by the <br />City of Lino Lakes. <br />9. The attached drainage comments, dated November 19, 2007 must be addressed. <br />Traffic Analysis Comments: <br />1. An intersection capacity analysis must be performed for the year 2030 at the Slip Ramp/Main Entrance <br />intersection. <br />2 <br />• <br />The traffic volume shown entering the site via the slip ramp is the same (189) for Phase 1, Phase 2, and <br />2030 and the traffic volume shown entering the site via the southern entrance is the same (154) for <br />Phase 2 and 2030. Please verify if these volumes are correct and, if they are correct, explain why the <br />volumes for these various periods are the same. <br />
