CALL TO ORDER <br />Ms. O'Dea called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />November 19, 2008 minute changes: <br />Ms. O'Dea had one change in the first paragraph of page three. Change what the <br />City can legally do to require this to what legal authority allowed there actions. <br />Ms. Hartley made a motion to approve the November 19, 2008 minutes with <br />changes. Ms. O'Dea seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />3. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Ms. Hartley made a motion to approve the agenda as is. Mr. Brown seconded the <br />motion to approve the agenda. Motion carried unanimously <br />4. OPEN MIKE <br />Open mike opened and closed at 6:37 p.m. <br />5. ACTION ITEMS <br />None. <br />6.
