• <br />• <br />• <br />ENVIRONMENTAL BOARD MEETING FEBRUARY 25, 2009 <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />MINUTES <br />DATE : February 25, 2009 <br />TIME STARTED : 6:30 P.M. <br />TIME ENDED : 7:55 P.M. <br />MEMBERS PRESENT : Mary Jo O'Dea, Barbara Bor, Pamela Hartley, <br />Paula Andrejewski, Martha DeHaven and <br />Peter Brown <br />MEMBERS ABSENT : Kim Brouillet <br />STAFF PRESENT : Environmental Coordinator Marty Asleson <br />1. CALL TO ORDER <br />Ms. O'Dea called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. <br />2. SWEARING IN OF BOARD MEMBER <br />Mr. John Bergeson was present for the swearing in of Paula Andrzejewski. <br />3. ELECTION OF OFFICERS <br />There was a motion for Ms. O'Dea to continue as Chair and for Ms. Bor to <br />continue as Vice - Chair. <br />Mr. Brown made a motion to approve election of officers and Ms. DeHaven <br />seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />December 17, 2008 minutes. <br />Ms. Bor made a motion to approve the December 17, 2008 minutes with minor <br />changes. Mr. Brown seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />5. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Additional item added by Ms. Bor regarding Environmental Board members <br />meeting to discuss environmental issues outside of a regularly scheduled meeting. <br />Ms. DeHaven made a motion to approve the agenda as is. Ms. Hartley seconded <br />the motion to approve the agenda. Motion carried unanimously <br />1 DRAFT MINUTES <br />
