October 16, 2009 Task 5: Prepare Wetland Mitigation Banking Application Page 4 of 5 • On behalf of the City of Lino Lakes, CCES ecologists will complete the wetland banking application forms required by the Minnesota Board of Soil and Water Resources. The completed forms will be combined with the Wetland Restoration and Monitoring Plan to constitute a complete wetland mitigation banking application. The banking application will need to be approved and signed by appropriate City representatives prior to formal submission. Once approved, CCES will provide eight (8) paper copies of the complete wetland banking application form. We have budgeted time to prepare for and attend two meeting with the TEP. We have also included budgeted time for phone and email correspondence with members of the TEP and the Applicant during the wetland banking application process.
