To provide for equitable economic return in consideration of protection and conservation of <br />ESAs and surface water management areas, potential incentives may be offered. The following are <br />potential incentives that may be offered (the location of these incentives in the ordinance is yet to be <br />determined): <br />1) Wetland replacement credits <br />2) Stormwater management credits <br />3) Density bonus or transfer <br />4) Tree preservation credits <br />5) Landscape requirement credits <br />6) Park ded /cation credits <br />7) Trunk utility and stormwater management fee credits <br />8) Reduced setbacks <br />9) Staging plan flexibility <br />10) Financial incentives when consistent with city poly <br />11) Reduce required front yard setback to reduce driveway length <br />12) Reduce required side yard setback to allow narrower frontages to reduce street length <br />13) Reduce required street width <br />14) Reduce required cul -de -sac radius <br />15) Reduce required parking ratios <br />16) Reduce required parking lane widths <br />17) Reduce required parking stall dimensions <br />18) Reduce driveway width <br />19) Allow shared driveways <br />20) Allow alternative surfaces for driveways (pervious) <br />21) Reduced sidewalk requirements <br />
