ANALYSIS <br />Revised Preliminary Plat <br />The preliminary plat has been slightly modified to reflect an increased lot width on Lot 1 <br />and a reduced lot width on Lot 2. The developer intends to remove the existing detached <br />garage on Lot 2 and construct an attached garage. This will allow for more tree <br />preservation along the west property line of Lot 1 and an improved attached garage <br />structure on Lot 2. <br />The wetland boundary has also been delineated and approved by Rice Creek Watershed <br />District.
