CALL TO ORDER <br />Ms. O'Dea called the meeting to order at 6:34 p.m. <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />September 29, 2010 Minutes <br />Change: Peter Brown to not present at the 9 -29 -09 meeting. <br />Add: Ms. Klaman as making a motion to approve the September 29 agenda and <br />Ms. Bor as seconding the motion. <br />Ms. Andrzejewski made a motion to approve the September 29, 2010 minutes. <br />Ms. Klaman seconded the motion to approve the minutes. Motion carried <br />unanimously <br />3. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Move: Item on Spring Burning permits with Chief Jerry Streich to be the first <br />Discussion Item. <br />Move: Item on SHEP Summary to the third Discussion Item. <br />Ms. Klaman made a motion to approve the agenda.
