Mr. Heiskary seconded the motion to approve. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />3. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Add D: Rice Lake Elementary Rain Gardens <br />Add E: Quality of the Lino Lakes trail system. <br />Add F: Community Garden discussion on rules. <br />Ms. Andrzejewski made a motion to approve the agenda.
