Jan, 18. 2011 11: 11AM WASTE MGMT No, 0507 P. 4 <br />Management with 30 days notice to the city, due to any substantial change in <br />matters of law affecting its performance of services hereunder may terminate <br />the contract. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing sentence, any <br />enactment or amendment of Minnesota or United States statutes and regulations <br />governing recycling after the date of execution of this Agreement shall be <br />deemed to be a substantial change in a matter of law. <br />Termination - City of Hilltop. The contract may be terminated by the City for <br />Waste Management's failure to complete it's obligations as herein before set <br />forth in .a workmanlike manner or in accordance with established practices and <br />standards as recognized for similar types of work. If Waste Management <br />receives written notice of non - compliance', Waste Management reserves the right <br />to remedy the issues within 30 days from its receipt.
