White Bear Lake and Township designate a day that residents can place usable <br />unwanted items (trash) on the boulevard that might be someone else's "treasure." The event is held on <br />a Saturday between the hours of 8am to 4 pm. Mr. Raferty suggests we might try this event 1 week <br />before Recycle Day, and anything that is left over could be brought to Recycle Day. <br />Attached is a news clip from their event. If you would like to try this I think we need to establish it as a <br />2013 Goal. We could do more research between now and then. <br />• Page 1 <br />
