Applicant must meet the storm water requirements for RMP -3, which requires an <br />additional 0.5 -inch (8,258 cubic feet) of volume reduction via one of the specific methods <br />listed in the table in RMP -3 Section 8(c). The applicant must address this requirement. <br />2. Applicant must resubmit the existing and proposed conditions hydrologic models (2 -year, <br />100 -year rainfall, 10 -day snowmelt) addressing comments below: <br />Per Rule C.3(a), composite Curve Numbers shall not include directly connected <br />impervious surfaces. <br />• Per Rule C.3(b), in determining Curve Numbers to model runoff in the post - <br />development condition, the Hydrologic Soil Group (HSG) of areas within <br />construction limits is to be shifted down one classification (or 1/2 classification for <br />HSG A (to CN 49)) to account for the impacts of grading on soil structure unless <br />Houston Engineering Inc.
