CALL TO ORDER <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />: April 24, 2013 <br />. 6:32 P.M. <br />. 8:11 P.M. <br />: Mary Jo O'Dea, Barbara Bor, Paula <br />Andrzejewski, Martha DeHaven, Steve <br />Heiskary, Nancie Klebba, and Nancy Morin <br />: none <br />: Environmental Coordinator Marty Asleson <br />Ms. O'Dea called the Environmental Board meeting to order at 6:32 p.m. on <br />April 24, 2013. <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />March 27, 2013 Meeting Minutes have been approved with a few small changes. <br />Mr. Heiskary made a motion to approve the March 27, 2013 Meeting Minutes. <br />Ms. DeHaven seconded motion to approve the minutes. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />3. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />ADD — D. Web Cam <br />E. Public Service Announcements by Ms. Andrzejewski 5th grade <br />students <br />Ms. DeHaven made a motion to approve the agenda. Ms. Andrzejewski seconded <br />the motion to approve the agenda. Motion carried unanimously. <br />4. OPEN MIKE <br />Open mike closed at 6:35 p.m. <br />5. ACTION ITEMS <br />A. Metro Transit Park & Ride Facility <br />Mr. Asleson presented a Site Plan for a Metro Park and Ride Facility in the NW <br />corner of 35E and Country Road 14 with 297 parking spots and lighting. <br />DRAFT MINUTES 1 <br />
