This score corresponds to a "Very Poor" rating on <br />the Family Biotic Index stream health chart. The FBI score improved from previous <br />years. The diversity of the sample increased, while the dominance of Hyalellidae <br />lessened. Those families with lower tolerance values lowered the FBI average. <br />Number of individuals: A large sample offers more confidence for a more reliable data <br />set. SHEP protocol requires a minimum of 100 individual invertebrates to be picked and <br />identified per sample. 129 invertebrates were identified in this sample.
