(AUAR <br />item 21.8). <br />Revised landscape plans must be approved by staff and brought back to the <br />Environmental Board for review. <br />A City approved native vegetation seed mix should be used in all ponds, water <br />treatment/filtration areas, and other surface water management areas. This is an AUAR <br />mitigation requirement. <br />The developer must supply 1 foot contours (if deemed necessary by the City Engineer) <br />and drain tile mapping for the project as per AUAR requirements. <br />AUAR Historic /Cultural <br />The adopted AUAR document states that if there are "Areas of High Ecological <br />Potential" identified by the AUAR Study on the site, further study must be given to <br />cultural investigation. There are no identified Areas of High Archaeological potential on <br />this site. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends changes and additions be made in reference to staff comments and <br />Environmental Board review comments. <br />ATTACHMENTS <br />1.
