COMPATIBILITY WITH PLANS <br />Mitigation Strategies <br />The city will: <br />27.1 Use the information contained in the AUAR during future considerations of <br />updates or amendments to the adopted Comprehensive Plan and Zoning <br />Ordinance. Any future consideration of amendments or updates to the <br />Comprehensive Plan and Ordinances would follow the city's set procedures and <br />guidelines for such amendments. <br />27.2 Require that tools such as clustering, buffering, and /or screening be incorporated <br />into future development plans to mitigate potential land use conflicts. <br />GENERAL IMPLEMENTATION TOOLS: <br />• All development must comply with the Comprehensive Plan. The Comprehensive <br />Plan will guide the permitted land use, zoning, utility extensions, and other <br />development activities. <br />• Approval of future planned unit developments (PUDs), together with the <br />development agreements, which include specific requirements. <br />• Execution of future developer's agreements under the City of Lino Lakes's <br />subdivision ordinances. <br />• Enforcement of the permitting requirements of all applicable local, state, and federal <br />agencies. <br />• Update the AUAR in five years, or earlier, if certain conditions or assumptions <br />change in accordance with Mn Rules 4410.3610, subp. 3. <br />Enforcement of the City's premature subdivision regulations (Section 1002 -6) to <br />ensure that adequate public facilities are available to mitigate potential impacts.
