Call to Order and Roll Call <br />(The meeting was called to order at 6:40pm. Members present: George Lindy, Pam <br />Taschuk, Katie Boyle, Bill Kusterman, Pat Huelman, and Paul Montain. Also <br />present: Rick DeGardner, Public Services Director and Sandie Wood, Public <br />Services Office Manager. <br />2. Approval of Minutes from October 6, 2003 <br />(Paul Montain made a motion to approve the October 6, 2003 minutes. Seconded by <br />Pam Taschuk and approved.) <br />3. Setting Agenda <br />(There were no additions or deletions.) <br />4. Open Mike <br />(There was no one present for open mike.) <br />5. Old Business <br />a. Requested naming rights information <br />(Rick informed the board that he researched this issue and found the City of <br />Lakeville and Farmington does not allow businesses to name the parks. <br />After general discussion Paul asked that Rick keep this in mind for the <br />future.) <br />6. New Business <br />a. Review 2003 Accomplishments <br />(Rick reviewed the accomplishments that were listed on the memo in the <br />packets and answered member's questions.) <br />b. Adopt Meeting Calendar for 2004 <br />(Rick talked about the memo included in the packets. He indicated that the <br />July and September meetings would be held on the first Tuesday of those <br />months. Pat Huelman made a motion to approve the 2004 Park Board <br />Calendar. It was seconded by Pam Taschuk and approved.) <br />7. Recreation Update <br />(Rick highlighted the Grand Slam Trip, Breakfast with Santa, skating rinks <br />and when the next Recreation Review would be going out. He then responded to <br />member's questions.) <br />
