Public Works staff will stripe
the parking lots in- house. An on -site visit with a representative on January 8
indicates that the existing broken pavement near the warming house should be
removed. Paving the fourth area is an additional $16,000. I will provide more detail
at the February Park Board meeting.
Pursue Full Court Basketball at Rice Lake Elementary ($20,000) - Residents and
Park Board members have expressed the need /desire for a full size basketball court.
Rice Lake Elementary School seems to be the most logical location. Discussion
with the Centennial School District will need to occur to determine whether this is
possible.
Stoneybrook Development Park Dedication ($110,000) - Potential parks and trails
projects to benefit residents in Stoneybrook will be considered as this development
progresses.
1/10/03
RD /Park Board /2003 goals
