Council Member introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 06 -37 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING NATIONAL SPORTS CENTER SUPER RINK <br />EXPANSION GUARANTEE AGREEMENT <br />WHEREAS, The City Council approved Resolution 06 -28, Approving City <br />Participation in the Super Rink Expansion Project at the February 13, 2006 city <br />council meeting; and <br />WHEREAS, The National Sports Center Super Rink Expansion Agreement <br />outlines the commitments and obligations between the city of Lino Lakes, the <br />Minnesota Amateur Sports Commission (MASC) the National Sports Center <br />Foundation (NSCF). <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA. <br />1) The City hereby determines and agrees to participate in the Super Rink <br />Expansion Project as indicated in the National Sports Center Super Rink <br />Expansion Agreement. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 27th day of February, 2006. <br />John Bergeson, Mayor <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Council Member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />• <br />
