Call to Order and Roll Call <br />(The meeting was called to order at 6:33p.m. Members present: Paul <br />Montain, George Lindy, Bill Kusterman, Pam Taschuk, Aaron Frederickson, <br />and Pat Huelman. Members Absent: Katie Boyle. Also present was Rick <br />DeGardner, Public Services Director and Sandie Wood, Public Services <br />Department Office Manager.) <br />2. Swear In Newly Appointed Park Board Members — Mayor Bergeson <br />(Mayor John Bergeson swore in Pam Taschuk and Bill Kusterman as re- <br />appointed Park Board Members.) <br />3. Approval of Minutes from March 6, 2006 <br />(Paul Montain made a motion to approve the March 6, 2006 minutes. <br />Seconded by Pam Taschuk and approved.) <br />4. Setting Agenda <br />(There were no additions or deletions to the agenda.) <br />5. Open Mike <br />(There was no one present for Open Mike.) <br />6. Review "The Preserve" Preliminary Plat <br />(Brian Bourassa from McCombs Frank Roos Associates, Inc. was present <br />to provide more detail to the Board. After answering several questions <br />from the Park Board Paul Montain made a motion, seconded by Pam <br />Taschuk, to approve "The Preserve" preliminary plat as proposed with the <br />understanding that a future stewardship /endowment to maintain the <br />wetland area be included in the plan. Motion passed unanimously.) <br />7. Park Update <br />(Rick reviewed the memo in the packet.) <br />8. Recreation Update <br />(Rick reviewed the Recreation Update included in the packets and <br />responded to questions.) <br />
