7. Review Proposed Allocation of Fields for 2007 <br />(Jay Peterson and Doug Porter, Centennial Soccer Association were present <br />to discuss the use of fields for 2007. They thanked the Board and staff for the <br />fields allocated to them for 2007. They also said they appreciated all the <br />hard work the maintenance crew did on the grounds.) <br />8. New Business <br />a. Updated Roster <br />(Rick said a new roster had been put on the desk to replace the one in <br />their packets.) <br />b. Updated Parks Grid <br />(Rick stated that the grid hasn't been updated for a couple of years so <br />he gave members an updated copy.) <br />c. Appoint Comprehensive Plan Advisory Panel Members <br />(Kathi Gallup and Pat Huelman volunteered to be on the <br />Comprehensive Plan Advisory Panel. Staff will contact Pam and Paul <br />to see if one of them are also available to be on the panel.) <br />d. 2006 Parks and Recreation Accomplishments <br />(Rick reviewed the memo included in member's packets.) <br />9. Recreation Update <br />(Rick touched on Snow Day and the Sweetheart Sock Hop. He told members <br />the next brochure will be coming out that last week of February. He asked <br />that members read the update and contact him if they had any questions.) <br />10. Parks Update <br />(Rick talked about rink maintenance and the tree work that is being done in <br />Shenandoah Park. He responded to members questions.) <br />11. Next Park Board Meeting <br />(The next Park Board Meeting will be at 6:30pm on Monday, March 5, <br />2007.) <br />12.
