Call to Order and Roll Call <br />(The meeting was called to order at 6:36 p.m. Members present were Paul <br />Montain, George Lindy, Kathi Gallup, Katie Boyle, Bill Kusterman and Pat <br />Huelman. Pam Taschuk did not attend the meeting. Also present were Rick <br />DeGardner, Public Services Director and Sandie Wood, Public Services <br />Office Manager.) <br />2. Approval of Minutes from February 5, 2007 <br />(Pat Huelman made a motion to approve the February 5, 2007 minutes. <br />Seconded by Kathi Gallup and approved. Paul Montain abstained from <br />voting.) <br />3. Setting Agenda <br />(There were no additions or deletions.) <br />4. Open Mike <br />(There was no one present for open mike.) <br />5. Review and Comment on Preliminary Master Plan of Lino Park <br />(Candace Amberg, Brauer and Associates, Ltd. was present to review the <br />preliminary master plan for Lino Park. She responded to resident's and <br />Park Board Member's questions. She also discussed Phase I improvements <br />for Lino Park. Paul Montain made a motion to move ahead with the bid <br />process for Phase I, assuming City Council approval. Seconded by Bill <br />Kusterman and approved.) <br />6. Review 2006 -2007 Warming House Report <br />(Rick reviewed the memo and report included in the Park Board Member's <br />packets. He also responded to members questions. Rick told the board that <br />he will bring this item to a meeting this fall so it can be decided on what rinks <br />should be open for the 2007/2008 winter season.) <br />7. Review Proposed 2007 Summer Playground Program <br />(Rick reviewed the memo and report that was included in the member's <br />packets. Rick told them that partial funding, for this program, was put back <br />in the budget for 2007. Some members said they had used this program and <br />
