This grant program is provided by the Minnesota Department of <br />Natural Resources and is designed to assist local governments in developing outdoor <br />recreational facilities. (This is the same program where the City successfully secured $125,000 <br />for the development of Clearwater Creek Park). <br />Phase I consists of two multi -use fields (may include soccer, football or lacrosse fields), two <br />soccer fields and a gravel parking lot.
