Routing: <br />Dater January .13, 2003! <br />Below is the Engineering Review that you have requested regarding the. above referenced building expansion <br />(manufacturing) development site The engineering review is priotporly focused on stormwater routing and <br />ponding calculations: <br />The engineering review is based on the following submitted documents: <br />Drainage Area Plans, and HydmCAD stormwater rimoffhouti iglponding dated 11/25/02 as submitted by the <br />Developer's Civil: Engineer ( Loucks Assoc.). These calculations include existing and proposed conditions. <br />Engineering Review Comments: <br />1 Show on the Plans where all the roof drains forthe existing and proposed expansion building are <br />located. There are concerns about the stormwater runoff from the existing building onto the east side <br />of the property and whether is goes to ihe'proposed ponds or to the parking lot an:the adjacent <br />property. <br />Show on the Plans identification for the stormwater pond overflow location along with an en <br />defined overflow structure that includes erosion nutigation measures <br />Also, it appears thst'the pond overflow would release: onto westerly adjacent private prgpeity, <br />Show on the :Plans, the location, size, and elevation of the proposed equa rzer storm pipe between the: <br />.ponds.
