• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 03 -18 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT NO. 2 (FINAL) FOR THE 2001 WEAR <br />COURSE PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, the construction of the 2001 Wear Course Project has been <br />completed by North Valley, Inc. and; <br />WHEREAS, the one -year warranty period for this project will begin with the final <br />payment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />Payment number 2 (final) in the amount of $4,466.10 is approved for a <br />total contract amount of $89,322.00. <br />40 Adopted by the City Council this 10th day of February, 2003. <br />Ann J.
