• <br />• <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 03-15 <br />PREMISES PERMIT RENEWAL APPLICATION FOR CENTENNIAL <br />YOUTH HOCKEY ASSOCIATION TO CONDUCT LAWFUL GAMBLING <br />AT SHIRLEY KAYE'S <br />WHEREAS, <br />WHEREAS, <br />WHEREAS, <br />WHEREAS, <br />WHEREAS, <br />WHEREAS, <br />the Lino Lakes City Council met at its regularly scheduled meeting of <br />February 10, 2003; and <br />the Lino Lakes City Council discussed the premises permit application <br />submitted by the Centennial Youth Hockey Association to conduct lawful <br />gambling at Shirley Kaye's; and <br />the City of Lino Lakes has conducted a background investigation; and <br />the Centennial Youth Hockey Association is in compliance with City <br />Ordinance; and <br />the Centennial Youth Hockey Association appears to take into <br />consideration the best interest of the City of Lino Lakes, and <br />the Minnesota Gambling Control Board requires that the application be <br />approved by the local unit of government (City of Lino Lakes) <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes hereby approves the charitable gambling activity by the Centennial Youth Hockey <br />Association at Shirley Kaye's , 6810 Lake Drive, Lino Lakes, Minnesota. <br />Approved by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 10th day of February, <br />2003. <br />ATTEST: <br />Ann J.
