CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 03- 29 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT NO. 2 (FINAL) FOR THE 2002 WEAR <br />COURSE PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, the construction of the 2002 Wear Course Project has been <br />completed by Hardrives, Inc. and; <br />WHEREAS, the one -year warranty period for this project will begin with the final <br />payment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />Payment number 2 (final) in the amount of $11,235.78 is approved for a <br />total contract amount of $210,408.59. <br />Adopted by the City Council this 24th day of February, 2003. <br />John J.
