CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 03-26 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SUMMARY OF THE SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE <br />(ORD. NO. 04-03) FOR PUBLICATION <br />WHEREAS, The City Council approved a new subdivision ordinance, Ordinance 04-03, on <br />February 24th, 2003, and <br />WHEREAS, Ordinance 04-03 is lengthy and MN Statute 412.191, Subd. 4. provides for a city to <br />publish a summary of an ordinance, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council determines that the summary clearly informs the public of the <br />intent and effect of the ordinance, and <br />WHEREAS, the publication in the official newspaper will include a notice that a full printed <br />copy of the ordinance is available at City Hall, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council approves the summary in <br />Attachment A for publication according to state law and the City Charter. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this day of , 2003 <br />John J.
