• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 03-34 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR <br />SPIRIT HILLS CENTER <br />WHEREAS, a request has been submitted to the City for the approval of a final plat, and <br />WHEREAS, review and approvals of plats are governed by state statutes and City <br />ordinances, and <br />WHEREAS, the preliminary plat for Spirit Hills was approved with Resolution 01 -79 by <br />the City Council on June 11, 2001, and <br />WHEREAS, the final plat for Spirit Hills Center complies with City requirements. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes hereby approves the final plat for Spirit Hills Center. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 10th day of March, 2003. <br />ATTEST: <br />Ann Blair, City Clerk <br />John J.
