An existing electric <br />power transmission line easement follows the Dupont Ave. alignment. It <br />would be difficult to convert this location to a road. <br />2. Dedication of additional right -of -way for Dupont Avenue only would be <br />inconsistent with the City's Transportation Plan which identifies the Main <br />Street to Oak Lane corridor for future circulation needs. <br />
