The plan is not subject to review and approval from <br />the Rice Creek Watershed District. • <br />ENVIRONMENTAL BOARD ACTION <br />The Environmental Board reviewed the project on February 26, 2003 and <br />recommended approval. Their comments are attached and have been <br />incorporated into this report were applicable. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />The proposed Site Plan is consistent with the City's Zoning Ordinance and the <br />Lino Lakes Market Place PDO. Staff recommends approval of the proposed DQ <br />Grill & Chill Site Plan Review and CUP, with the following conditions: <br />1. The Utility and Grading and Drainage plans shall be subject to final review <br />and approval by the City Engineer. <br />9.
