• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 03 -64 <br />RESOLUTION REQUIRING PREPARATION OF AN ENVIRONMENTAL <br />ASSESSMENT WORKSHEET FOR LAKES BUSINESS PARK <br />WHEREAS, a request has been submitted to the City to plat the Lakes Business Park to <br />provide a site for a proposed light industrial use and three outlots, and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed plat exceeds the minimum threshold under MN Rules 4410 <br />triggering a mandatory Environmental Assessment Worksheet (EAW), and <br />WHEREAS, the purpose of the EAW is to aid in providing understanding of the impact a <br />project will have on the environment through the preparation and public review of <br />environmental documents, and <br />WHEREAS, a traffic analysis will be required as a part of the EAW to determine the <br />impact of the proposed development. <br />• NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Lino Lakes City Council that an EAW <br />is required and shall be prepared according to MN Rules 4410, after submittal of an <br />escrow by the proposer of the plat amounting to 110 percent of the costs of review, <br />revision and administration of the EAW. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a traffic study shall be completed after submittal of <br />an escrow by the proposer amounting to one -half the costs of the traffic study, with the <br />other half to be paid for by the proposers of the Village development. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 12th day of May, 2003. <br />John J.
