The project will require not require capital improvements by the City. <br />f. The project will not create detrimental impacts. <br />g. The project will not impact natural or historic features. <br />h. All applicable Minnesota Pollution Control Agency requirements are satisfactorily <br />met. <br />i. The project will not alter the site's drainage system previously approved by the City <br />Engineer. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lino Lakes City Council hereby <br />approves amendment of the existing conditional use permit to allow the construction of <br />building additions for a locker room and the expansion of a maintenance garage. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the following conditions apply: <br />1. The City Engineer's comments in the May 6, 2003 TKDA memo must be satisfied. <br />2. Exterior lighting fixtures shall be hooded and directed to reflect light away from <br />neighboring residential properties and rights -of -way. The fixtures must have a 90 <br />degree cut off angle. <br />3.
