• <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 03 -83 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS - <br />2003 SURFACE WATER MANAGEMENT PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to perform maintenance activities on several storm water facilities, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to finance the project using Stormwater Management Funds, and <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to advertise for bids to construct the proposed improvements. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The City Engineer, James E. Stundenski, is hereby designated as the engineer for this <br />improvement. The engineer shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of <br />such improvement. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 9th day of June, 2003. <br />Ann J.
