CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 03-90 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A PERPETUAL EASEMENT FOR <br />CONSERVATION — HOLTE POND WETLAND BANK <br />WHEREAS, the perpetual easement for conservation is required to allow the city <br />to use the wetland credits. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1.
