• <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 03 -106 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PREPARATION OF PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS — MARSHAN LANE UTILITY EXTENSION. <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the council adopted October 8, 2001, a report has <br />been prepared by TKDA, the City's Engineer for the extension of water and sanitary <br />sewer improvements to Marshan Lane, and this report was received by the council on <br />January 8, 2002; and <br />WHEREAS, the council finds that it is in the best interests of the City to prepare plans <br />and specifications for the improvements to further evaluate the making of such <br />improvements. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The City Engineer is designated as the engineer for this improvement and he is <br />directed to prepare plans and specifications for the Marshan Lane Utility Extension. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 14th day of July, 2003. <br />Ann Blair, City Clerk <br />John J.
