The SC District was eliminated with the revision of the recently <br />adopted Zoning Ordinance. The requirements of the GB, General Business <br />District are applicable to the site along with the Market Place Planned <br />Development Overlay requirements In accordance with the provisions of the GB, <br />General Business District automobile and truck repair facilities require a <br />Conditional Use Permit. <br />Lot Area Requirements <br />The 49,462 sq.ft. The proposed building materials, colors, <br />finishes and accents are in conformance with the PDO requirements. <br />Building Height <br />The maximum allowable building height is 45 feet. The proposed building has a <br />maximum height of 27 feet. <br />
