The proposed building exterior materials consist of brick, with concrete masonry units (CMU) and E.I.F.S accents. The proposed building materials, colors, finishes and accents are in conformance with the PDO requirements. Building Height The maximum allowable building height is 45 feet. The proposed building has a maximum height of 27 feet.
