The Developer shall contemporaneously with the execution of this agreement <br />deposit an escrow of $2,000.00 with the City of Hugo to cover the costs of legal fees, <br />administrative expenses and other costs related to this amendment. <br />6. The Developer shall contemporaneously with the execution of this agreement <br />deposit an escrow of $2,000.00 with the City of Lino Lakes to cover the costs of legal <br />fees, administrative expenses and other costs related to this amendment. <br />7. The Developer shall reimburse the City of Hugo and the City of Lino Lakes <br />forall costs incurred in connection with the inspection, construction, or installation of this <br />water system. <br />8. This agreement shall be deemed to be a restrictive covenant and the terms and <br />conditions hereof shall run with the land described herein and be binding on and inure to <br />the benefit of the heirs, representatives and assigns of the parties hereto and shall be <br />binding upon all future owners of all or any part of the land herein and shall be deemed <br />covenants running with the land. <br />9. This agreement shall be placed of record so as to give notice hereof to <br />subsequent purchasers. The cost of said recording shall be borne by the Developer and <br />charged against the escrow account. <br />10. All terms and conditions of the Joint Powers Agreement and Development <br />Agreement dated the <br />day of , 200_ shall remain in full force and effect. <br />
