Two of the parcels were <br />previously a part of TIF District No. 1 -9, which was established in 1998. This <br />resolution removes these two parcels from the old district so they can be <br />incorporated into the new District No. 1 -10 <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Adopt Resolution No. 03 -05 approving the modification of TIF District No. 1 -9 <br />eliminating two parcels from the district. <br />
