The request is <br />to change the land use category from Medium Density Residential to High Density <br />Residential. This would be consistent with the adjacent development. <br />A comprehensive plan amendment requires a 4/5 vote. <br />ANALYSIS <br />Land Use, Density, Zoning <br />The site is within the existing MUSA and within a Stage 1 growth area.
