We were not eligible to <br />participate in 2003. We are requesting that the Lino Lakes City <br />Council allow us to enter into a grant agreement for the period <br />of October 1, 2003 through September 30, 2004, and adopt <br />Resolution 03 -132. <br />See attached agreement for further details. <br />I I <br />(OPTIONS <br />I I <br />1. Approve request to participate in the Safe & Sober grant <br />agreement. <br />2.
