MEETING DATE: September 8, 2003 <br />TOPIC: Second Reading, Ordinance No. 17 -03, <br />Rezoning to Planned Unit Development <br />Ravens Hollow <br />VOTE REQUIRED: 3/5 <br />BACKGROUND <br />The City Council approved the first reading of Ordinance 17 -03 on August 25. ordinance <br />rezones the site to Planned Unit Development (PUD) for a mixed medium and low <br />density residential development. The PUD design allows the project to meet the total <br />density needs established by the comprehensive plan while creating a design that <br />incorporates the different housing types into a sensible, workable whole. <br />• After approval of the second reading, the ordinance will be published on September 16. <br />After the required 30 -day period, the rezoning will become effective October 16. <br />OPTIONS <br />1.
