Studenski, City Engineer <br />COUNCIL MEETING DATE: September 8, 2003 <br />TOPIC: Resolution No. 03 -150, Calling for Hearing on Proposed <br />Assessment, 213f Avenue Street & Storm Sewer Improvement <br />Project <br />VOTE REQUIRED: 3/5 Vote Required <br />BACKGROUND: <br />Following the City's action declaring cost to be assessed for the 21st Avenue <br />Street & Storm Sewer Improvement project, the City must call for a hearing on <br />the proposed assessments. <br />It is staff's recommendation to call for a hearing on the proposed assessments <br />for the 21st Avenue Street & Storm Sewer Improvement project. <br />OPTIONS: <br />1. Adopt Resolution 03 -150, Calling for Hearing on Proposed Assessment, 21st <br />Avenue Street & Storm Sewer Improvement Project. <br />2. Not Adopt Resolution No 03 -150. <br />3. Return to staff for further review. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Option No 1 - Staff recommends that Resolution No 03 -150 be adopted. <br />
