• <br />Personal Services <br />page 2 <br />PLANNING & ZONING BOARD <br />The P & Z held a public hearing on the amendment at the September 10 meeting and <br />recommended approval. The Board also recommended amending the definition of <br />personal services to include "body piercing because it is comparable to other personal <br />services and often is offered in such establishments. The P & Z believed that the <br />clarification would avoid confusion. <br />This recommendation is included in the ordinance. <br />OPTIONS <br />1. Approve the first reading of Ordinance No. 21 -03 amending the zoning ordinance to <br />include personal services as permitted uses in the GB zoning district and amending <br />the definition of personal services. <br />2. Deny proposed amendment of zoning ordinance. <br />3. Return to staff with direction. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Option 1 <br />
