Studenski, City Engineer <br />COUNCIL MEETING DATE: September 22, 2003 <br />TOPIC: Resolution No. 03 -161, Calling for Hearing on Proposed <br />Assessment, Twilight Acres/Twilight Acres 2nd Addition Sanitary <br />Sewer Improvements <br />VOTE REQUIRED: 3/5 Vote Required <br />BACKGROUND: <br />Following the City's action declaring cost to be assessed for the Twilight <br />Acres/Twilight Acres 2nd Addition Sanitary Sewer Improvements project, the City <br />must call for a hearing on the proposed assessments. <br />It is staff's recommendation to call for a hearing on the proposed assessments <br />for the Twilight Acres/Twilight Acres 2nd Addition Sanitary Sewer Improvements <br />project. <br />OPTIONS: <br />1. Adopt Resolution 03 -161, Calling for Hearing on Proposed Assessment, <br />Twilight Acres/Twilight Acres 2" Addition Sanitary Sewer Improvements <br />Project. <br />2. Not Adopt Resolution No. 03 -161. <br />3. Return to staff for further review. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Option No. 1 - Staff recommends that Resolution No. 03 -161 be adopted. <br />
