Total compensation will not exceed $99,615 without prior authorization <br />from the City Council. If the additional services listed above are authorized by the City, an adjusted <br />work program and cost estimate would be prepared. <br />Agreement <br />If this document satisfactorily sets forth your understanding of our agreement, please sign both copies in <br />the space provided and return one copy to us.
